What information is handled

Elisted may handle information you choose to provide, such as an email address for future newsletters, your name and recommendation text, or the contents of an email you send. The current newsletter and recommendation forms save entries only in your own browser until a mailing or submission service is connected; they are not transmitted to Elena by those forms. Hosting and security providers may also process limited technical data such as IP address, device, request and security logs.

Why it is used

To respond to messages and feedback, based on legitimate interests in communicating with visitors.
To send marketing emails only where you have actively consented. You may withdraw consent at any time.
To remember choices and operate requested site features.
To protect, troubleshoot and improve the site, based on legitimate interests, and to measure visits only where consent is required and given.
To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure or operate the website, including the Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare. If a future email provider is connected, this notice will be updated before addresses are transmitted. External services such as Google Maps, Instagram and Revolut process information under their own privacy notices when you follow their links. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.

How long information is kept

Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or consent is withdrawn. Enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after they are resolved, unless a longer period is needed for legal or security reasons. Browser-saved entries remain on your device until you remove site data. Provider logs are retained under each provider’s own documented schedule.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. Email petrovakelena@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

Elisted is not directed at children and does not knowingly seek children’s personal information.
